When you have an army of 100,000,000 robots, you can’t afford to have a single one fall apart
We’ve had a lot of talk about the possibility of robots coming to Earth and destroying everything in their path, but it’s also worth considering how this could affect us.
The US military is planning to use 100,00,000 autonomous robots on the battlefields of the future to fight off enemy forces, but what if the machines become useless?
How would that affect our society?
We’re looking at the ramifications of an AI uprising on Earth and its effect on our culture.
“The Army is currently planning to deploy autonomous robots to support troops in Southeast Asia,” a source from the US Army told Ars.
“A recent US Army announcement states that these robots will ‘support combat missions with the same ease, speed, and precision that the troops have used for centuries.’
In other words, robots will do the work of troops and be just as effective in combat as the humans they replace.”
The US Army is planning on using autonomous robots in Southeast Asian conflicts.
A source from a defense contractor, who did not want to be named, told Ars the US military plans to deploy robots to the Philippines.
It will likely be an autonomous robot, with the intent to support soldiers and their operations, according to the source.
“These robots will be manned by human operators who will work together to complete missions that the robotic system will not be able to accomplish,” the source added.
In other words: The robots will replace human soldiers, and this will make the situation on the ground much worse.
It is important to note that the US is currently only considering deploying an army with a few hundred thousand robots, so this is a fairly small number of robots.
Even with these numbers, the robot uprising could have far-reaching consequences on our world.
The source said that the robots will become useless, and the people who will rely on them will likely become less able to protect themselves.
One thing to note: It is unclear how autonomous robots will operate on the same level as humans.
This is particularly important as the US armed forces are currently planning on adding autonomous robots that are capable of driving themselves.
“This would greatly reduce the number of people on the front lines of conflict,” the insider said.
“In the future, it is very possible that robots will have no human operators and will be driven by themselves.
If this occurs, there will be no military forces left to support the soldiers, or to take responsibility for any military operations.”
If robots become useless and humans become useless at the same time, the world will be in a much worse place than it is right now.
We have seen this play out in the past, when a single technology has been used to fight a war.
A computer was used to control the wars of the 1800s and early 1900s, and even though it took decades, it did something that we can only dream of today.
If a robot can be programmed to do things that a human can’t, and has no human involvement at all, we will see the same thing unfold in the future.
